If he was not a citizen he should of done the paper work and at least got a green card if not his citizenship. Than on top of that he needs to stop drinking in his vehicle or drinking and driving. On the plus side don't the french have a good safety net for those who need help? Perhaps this is a chance for him to turn his life around. How old is he? |
