There are two makers of CPUs: Intel and AMD

Two makers of graphics cards: Nvidia and AMD

Your laptop's CPU has the graphics actually on it, it's AMD CPU with AMD graphics. They've been struggling financially, that's why I made that comment. AMD will be making the graphics for Wii U, 720 and PS4.
