Dude, are you kidding me? How old is you computer? One of my Harddrives alone is 80 gig, and its 4 years old. Hell, you probably cant FIND a 20 gig harddrive for sale. (unless its like a raptor SATA drive) You can get a 250 Gig Harddrive for 75 bucks. Cheap computers even come now with 250 gig harddrives, while some top end computer have a Terabyte of HDD space. (two 500 gig drives)

Edit: Hell, i just found out my father has a 450 gigs on his computer, and all he does is watch movies and surf the web on there.

I have a 250 MB (upgraded after my 160 GB drive failed) harddrive, but you and me aren't the average average potential PC games consumer. I have been a tech writer and we both assembled PCs in the past.

true, we arent.  But you know then if your a tech writer and building PCs in the past.  If it becomes hard to find a 20 gig harddrive, then most likely it has been phased out.  If you go an find a 250 gig harddrive on amazon for 75 bucks, and a recognizable brand, that tells you that size harddrive has been out for quite sometime.  Most people who have bought a computer in the past maybe year and a half to 2 years, probably has around 250 gigs on their computer, or comparable.

The idea that many people only have somewhere between 20-60 gigs on their computer is ludicrous.

one of Dells cheapest desktop computer, going for under 350 bucks even has 250 gigs on it.

Not to mention, you think a person who plays computer games on their PC would probably invest some money in harddrive space?

Remember, i have close to 300 gigs on my computer, and i havent upgraded a part in my computer in the past 3 and  half years.  Being a tech writer, you should know the cycle of computer parts.  Shit, Nvidia is already coming out with their 9 series, im still on friggin 6 series, and not even DDR 2 yet.
