I agree with you that both the Wii and the PSVita are the most likely candidates to have a price drop, the former to clean stock and to give it one last push and the latter to make it a more atractive purchase.
The 3DS won't have another price drop until at least next year, and the DS ones won't gain anything from it, so I don't see it happening either.
And then we have the PS3 and the Xbox360. With Sony being in such a bad situation, and having problems with the Vita, mantain the price of its home console would be the logical thing to do... but with Sony you never know. And the Xbox360 has had that recent subscription plan in the USA so no, I don't see it either unless it is only for Europe and Asia.
