Also, this isn't really IQ, this is spatial reasoning and patterns, which isn't really the same.
In grade school scholastic testing I always scored 99th percentile in spatial reasoning.

I don't know if there is a theorhetical limit, but I don't think more than a handful of people have surpassed 200 in any 'official' IQ test. And I don't think Hawking is one of them.
