I am sure this is true. I already have teh CELL, which is like 500 times stronger than these specs combined, so yeah, it's possible.
It will be a little underpowered though, probably stronger than the 360 but will be way weaker than the PS3. That is for sure.
So now that we know both MS and Nintendo are holding back, I am sure Sony's next new console will be teh strongest.
