They renamed 22nm to 20nm. It's the same tech, the labels are arbitrary but a Sony sheet would say 20nm.
And lol at TSMC. Their timetables are works of pure fiction, 40nm and 28nm were only in mass production over a year after they claimed it was done. Their 20nm tech is a renamed 28nm I believe, just as 28nm is renamed 32nm and 40nm is renamed 45nm because of cascading delays.
