The arcane enchanted mod is probably one of the toughest in Hell if you're not careful. Even an Int character with pretty high resistances can get hit for 3-4K HP per second with those, it's pretty much insta-death 
.
It's always fun to fight Jailer/Arcane Enchanted/Mortar mobs
