You do know that PC still has far more exclusives this year than PS3/360 combined, right? And it works both ways too, consoles are getting less and less exclusives, with almost all of them going to PC. Pretty much the only exclusives the consoles have are first-party games with a very reduced number of third party exclusives. (PS3/360 we're talking) The PC should have over 100 exclusives in 2008, let's see if PS3/360 can beat that. And no exclusive big PC games? Well, let's see here: Spore yeah, no big PC exclusives in 2008... btw, red = AAA |
Well, for one, Spore is multiplatform, I HIGHLY doubt either Dragon Age or Starcraft 2 will be released this year, and Sam & Max is coming out for the Wii.
Other than that, that list is VERY heavily skewed toward MMOs, RTSs, and sims... to the point where it doesn't seem to include much else.
"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
