Even if this happens, the 360 has already sold like 35 mil units in the US. They've wont have a problem since everyone who wants a 360 most likely has a 360.
And i'm not sure whoes at fault here, but in the worst case scenario Microsoft can compensate Motorola for their loss earnings for IP rights.
