The fact that Uncharted 3 and Twisted Metal do not work on my specific 80GB PS3 SKU due to a firmware conflict, renders your entire argument moot.
Arbitrary but solitary issues such as not being able to play a particular game will persist on all modern platforms that rely on any kind of software updates and have varying hardware(SKUs for consoles). You're just lucky not to come across a similar issue yourself on consoles. And in the instance that one were to come across such an issue, that shouldn't entitle them to make such sweeping generalizations.
Though so you don't feel like I'm ganging up on you I'll admit that D3 has many problems but it isn't even remotely indicative of PC gaming as a whole.
