Everyone has a different opinion on next generation. If we are talking wii-----wii u then yeah it will be far better.
And will you feel the same when some launch titles on 720 or ps4 release and go up against last of us or other advanced now generation games?
Im sure that some games will look far better but normally not at launch. Unless stated in the op it's built ground up on the wii u and optimized.
Look at lair for ps3, was that game really leaps ahead of the best looking or Xbox 1 games? Better yet, resident evil 4 verse many games on the wii.
Or even dark siders 2 wii u against any wii game?
