This is an article I agree with that I feel needs some discussion. I don't have a problem with games being on a platform, even if it is the same game. But, there is nothing that brings value into buying both verisons of the same game on two differnet platforms (PS3/PSV), at least in my opinion. Having games is always great, but I feel that they should at least bring something new or at least provide some value in buying both versions. Feel free to disagree with me on this as I could be wrong on this. The rest is from the article:

you're making the assumption there.  Now no one (to my knowledge) has done it yet but at it was discussed before vita released with transfarring and such buying the game for either platform could allow you to play it on both with a unified save file.  this gives me the consumer a fantastic option to play it on the big screen i have at home or take it on the road when i'm on vacation or whatever.

to me (i travel ~10-15 weeks a year for work) this is a fan-fucking-tastic feature.

now if it is a direct port sold seperately.  well, i of course will not be buying it twice nor would i recommend anyone else to.  but just like it makes sense to port ps3 games to the 360 it probably makes sense for devs to port them to vita too (as long as the porting is cheap which seems to be true).  maximize potential audience.

choice.  it's a good thing.  ...even if it is sony.
