OP - Wow, this is challanging. The good thing is that most 3rd parties will want their games to work on the PS4. So there is a good chance being the cheapest console with the new COD and GTA games may help it sell really well, despite if it lacks some of the power the other consoles have. Plus this gen Sony has built some good brands that will continue to grab more users.
I have a feeling that as long as none of the next gen consoles are too expecive they will all do very well. The race may be close to even this time around. Except for Xbox in Japan, unless they try and pull a lot of Japanese exclusives at the begining of the systems life cycle.
