What do you say to people who think that you're a loser for playing video games?

Video games are so mainstream now I think I'd be hard pressed to find someone who would say that. Indeed, I can't even think of a time where that has been said to me. Then again, I do other things than just play video games, though it certainly does take up a large percentage of my free time.
