The AMD A8-3850 is not a multi-threaded CPU. I don't think any mainstream AMD CPU is capable of simultaneous multithreading. Even Bulldozer's "CMT" is more marketing than actual mutlithreading.
I did see one listing that displayed the number of threads as 4 which I can see why that would make it appear it does 4 threads per core but it actually means it runs 4 threads because it has 4 cores.
