The documents are completely real.
Go read them yourself on the link I provided. You won't undersand 75% of the legal speak, so that alone is proof enough these are real.
The only way these could be fake, was if some lawyer with knowleged of the video game industry got bored and decided to troll the internet.(highly unlikely IMO)
