It was during Sony's 2006 conference; when he kept honking the car's horn over and over in the demo. The game didn't look half bad, but Yamauchi began by hyping it up so much at the start of his presentation that when he actually showed it, it came off as disappointing to the crowd. He clearly kept pausing for applause that just wasn't coming; the crowd seemed bored and was pretty much silent. And you could tell Yamauchi was very frustrated by the tone in his voice, and that his translator was uncomfortable.
