Umm... I don't see it. I think you are cross-eyed and you are just seeing it that way.

Perhaps...but the right eye appears to look to the left more than the other eye.

She is looking to the left, that is why. 

Compare the left eye to the right eye. The right eye is clearly directed towards the left more than the other eye.
