well it's just a rumor anyway. it could be true. but the idea excites me somewhat. well, if it is true, you should at least play it even if you don't buy it. you may like it.

or does the idea just annoy you so much that you won't pay it any attention :/ this is Retro Studios we're talking about

I’m open for new ideas but this idea is insane and would ruin Metroid for me

If Retro is doing something that would attract the PS360 crowd then this surely is not the right game   

Fox is more like Mario while Metroid is more serious

I understand it sounds strange. But a Mario + Fox crossover sounds a lot stranger to me. They have nothing in common.

All in all I love Metroid too. But personally I'm enjoying the idea (flying Samus's ship through space o.o). However, I did want to see a new Star Fox game with no crossover so if the Wii U doesn't get one I will be dissapointed in that end.
