haha, some people don´t even try.
The problem with this game is quality, they made the key mistake of not having a beta. If you want multiplayer to be the selling point you have to have it ready day one all over the word. Mechanically from the demo I played the game is actually fun, but connection problems reported made me not buy it, and I don´t even know if I will.
The other thing that bugs me is consumer wanting Sony to stop developing small niche games. You have a company willing to take risks/develop games of old franchises, with small to no budget for marketing, knowing that it will sell close to 1M and nothing more, and we have people saying that they should focus on bigger games for the masses and kill all other franchises. That is probably the stupidest thing you can say from a consumer stand point, and we read this all over the web.
IMO Starhawk is the perfect example of what Sony should do for small games, Beta, free DLC maps and no marketing with all the money going for development costs, because consumers gets the good quality games and word of mouth does the rest.
If you think Twisted metal, Starhawk or Sorcery will lose money for Sony you are crazy, IMO.
