LittleBigPlanet 2 & Modnation Racers. Just the amount of content that keeps coming makes these far the best investments I've ever made for a full price game.
LBP2 gets new 'mm pick' levels twice a week, and normally there's at least 1-2 levels in there that I'm just blown away with. The most recent ones uploaded, for example, are some of the best user-generated platformers I've ever seen.
