Well, 2 things.
First, I said Pokemon had changed a lot since the first game, and listed reasons why, not that there were actually major changes between each individual game.
Second, I'm not saying WRPGs are all the same. They have very different plots and gameplay. Just saying that they lack variety in other ways, for example art style and setting.
@Legend, I have no problems with having a discussion about WRPGs. I just don't think they should be discussed as the same thing as JRPGs.
