Of course, piracy is another explanation, as PS3 hasn't been cracked yet. I noticed the same thing happening in Europe, multi-platform titles selling more on PS3 than on 360 despite PS3 having a smaller install base at the time. I still think it's due to piracy. Americans seem to have a far stronger anti-piracy sentiment compared to Europe, which might explain why the same thing isn't happening there.

Also, from what I've read (not much as this game doesn't interest me) PS3 version is supposed to be the better version, so maybe multi-console owners have chosen to get it on the PS3 instead of 360. 

Now we're seeing multi-platform PS3 games start to outsell the 360 version in Netherlands. We don't have accurate hardware sales for there, but if it's anything like the rest of mainland Europe, then 360 probably still has a hardware lead, but PS3 is catching up. That was the pattern in rest of Europe anyway.
