You haven't followed the delegate event slately, have you?  Paul has actually beeen kicking Romney in the ass.  And with RNC Rule 38 enabling all bound delegates to vote for whom they wan to in Tampa rather than who they were selected for, Romney is in far bigger trouble than any of his dollars could ever pay for.
