What is it over? Why is EA involved? Are EA tryin to get the Call of Duty name?

Activision was taking EA to court over apperantly "trying to steal"  West and Zampella (Staff at Infinity Ward).

What,s wrong with trying to hire people from other companies?

When said employees are under contract, you then get into legal trouble for interfering with the contract.

what i'm wondering is who paid who in the settlement? Who felt they were actually in an untenable position.
