Assuming you are looking for a reasonable answer we can skip discussion of souls or other religious concepts divorced from scientific truth and reason. Really, the scenario you are presenting is no different than how human cloning would work with the difference being that the clone in this case was is artificially aged to your own approximate age along with implanted memories.
You, of course, would still be you and you would wake up in your own body after being revived. Immidiately after being resuscitated you and the clone double of you will still be different in a number of ways ... your location being the primary difference since you both can't occupy the same space which means you will have different experiences from one another right away (which means subtle changes in personality and disposition among other things).
Initially, you will both be very similiar, but as time goes on you and your double will grow more and more unique as you have different experiences and perspectives than one another.
Not really much of a philosophical mystery here. There is nothing morally wrong with human cloning from a reasonable standpoint ... it is really not all that much different in theory than reproduction. So yeah ... you would wake up and have a very good friend to explore the future with ... that is of course if you think you would like to hang out with yourself that is.
