In my case I will know I am me because I was born with a birthmark which I later got removed, so my clone will still have that birthmark and also the memory of having it removed as well which will confuse it. All of the scars i have obtained over the years will not be in my genetic code, therefore not being on my clones body. My clones body will be pretty much a perfect version of my body, no scars, not over weight, etc.. Also since I'm not actually dead I should be dreaming (a la vanilla sky) my clone wont have any dreams since when it wakes up that will be it's first breath of life I'm assuming.
