I miss smoking weed. I went cold turkey when I moved from The Netherlands to Canada in '02. I can positively say it's not physically addictive (never took up smoking cigarettes luckily) but I wouldn't mind watching a movie again while stoned.
Horror movies just aren't scary anymore, Star trek has lost it's appeal and reality shows about parking police etc turn out to be shit while sober. Cartoons aren't that funny anymore either. Ren & Stimpy was perfect with a spliff.
It was always hit and miss with games. Following a walkthrough through Riven with a friend was awesome and the pirate song in Monkey Island seemed to go on forvever and was the most amazing thing at the time.
It didn't work so well with Everquest though, I was scared shitless running around during night time. I always left fps games saved in impossible spots with 5 health left. (Regenerating health must have been invented by a stoner) Loading times seemed to take forever and I usually ended up getting lost in a square room not being able to find the obvious exit.
Anyway I compensated with a top of the line surround system and a 92" screen with 1080p projector. Almost as immersive without the problem of getting lost and continuously running back the way you came. Only the problem of horror games simply not being scary remains. SH2 was ace while stoned. Dark souls would probably have been very scary too, although I guess the difficulty wouldn't mix well well with weed.
The disadvantage of growing up with weed being readily available from coffee shops is that I have no clue where to get in out here in a little town in Canada. But working out and playing some games right after on a big screen with an endorphin high is a pretty good alternative.
