Not that I'm aware of, at least where I live, but my local Best Buy will open at 8am instead of 9am for the launch.

My local FNAC is doing a midnight launch, so i'm all set for it XD. 

Fnac price for this game is way too high in portugal , ipre order for 40 euros ( weshopgames ) , i hope they dont steal me , very strange price for this game . All the other places sell it for 60 euros here.

Well, FNAC is selling it at 52 €, but I get a 8 € discount because of the FNAC card, so it won't be that much more expensive
