1. Number of hours spent with television on (not necessarily watching) 42-50 Hours
2. Hours spent watching a show you turned the tv on specifically to watch. 420ish Hours (Ellen almost everyday and The Big Bang Theory, sometimes.)
3. Hours spent watching television just to watch television. 2-5 Hours.
4. Hours spent watching news. 1-2 Hours.
5. Hours with television on as background noise. 60 Hours. (I usually turn it on while I sleep.)
