Smeags already has the Official Nintendo E3 Thread. He Reserved it early on.

This could be the E3 thread for everything else? Nintendo is the last one.

Becuase otherwise this thread will end before E3 starts, and a new one would have to be made for sony and MS.

I don't know. I'm pretty sure you couldn't just change this whole thread around for both of them. They would have to be seperate.
