No he's not dumb, in fact what you have stumbled upon my friend is one of science's greatest of conundrums, known as the 360 paradox.
Once you see the 360, you do a 360 and try to walk way only to find yourself in front of the 360 once again. After which you do another 360, followed by a further 360 and the process continues. In the end you are caught in an endless loop of 360s that will continue on for eternity. Hence to conclude once you see a 360, you have to keep doing 360s and keep playing the 360, there is no escape.
