I would have to agree. It is difficult to tell what can be done to The Legend of Zelda to improve it; it's one of those games that people enjoy because of the original gameplay. People enjoyed Zelda because you went around searching for items and treasures that helped you solve dungeons, while defeating enemies in a huge overworld; that's what makes Zelda what it is. If change that, you change the whole series and people wouldn't be pleased with it anymore. But at the same time, it has stagnated, and gone through almost no major changes; in almost every game except for a few, the setting is Hyrule in some ancient timeframe, and the plot is somewhat the same throughout. This is bad, too, because when people finally get tired of it, there will be little that can be done to save it. With respect to FF, I would also have to agree with JEMC. |
I know but they can spruce it up though, like make the setting into the near future but keep it fantasish like ff13,Maybe introduce magic spells like zelda 2,add more mature themes and put emphasis on them like death and love, make Link die while trying..idk something,The games are still good but they are coming too predictable
