Embarrassing problem

I had a very similar problem a few years ago, I thought it was just a pimple, it is was located on my right buttock and it was very painful, so I decided to go to the doctor and he said I had an abscess, he removed all the pus and cleaned the area. I'd advise you to go to the doctor asap!
