x360 has 512mb of unified inferior and cheap GDDR3 running at 700mhz
ps3 has 256mb of GDDR3 + 256mb of expensive and fast XDR (running at 3.2ghz).
RSX can access the full 512mb when needed.
but comparisons cannot be made since you are talking about high spped ultra latent XDR
