I would have to agree 100% with you. I believe the comic book Captain America didn't make a good transition to the big screen as he should have. Iron Man made an excellent transition and he is 1000 times more popular than he ever was before his movies. I loved him before the movies but it seems like after Iron Man's well done movies his popularity has soared. I never viewed Iron Man as that well known before the movies and thought a Captain America movie should have been better due to him being a bad ass in the comics/more widely known.
