0_0 guys at least let me fight for a bit before you sacrifice me! the way this democratic voting thing is going I will be sacrificed to cross a bridge even :P
But I won't mind ya know..the apparent good thing about being sacrificed is that the monster they summon through you, is 'controlled' by you ...I will be a Salamander anyday!

"Alright, I think this is how it goes, but don't all rip on me if I'm a little wrong. When an enemy, or an ally, is slain, if you move close to the body, your two palms rise up. One is "rescue" (救済), the other is "sacrifice" (犠牲). For regular enemies, and maybe for allies too, it just takes one player to decide. For the main boss, all players vote, but I'm not sure if they're doing it for their own result, or for a joint result.
The other thing to mention, when a monster, or an ally, is down/hurt, you'll see red text showing up saying stuff like "I want to be with my family" or "I don't want to die". Stuff that's supposed to tug on those heart strings and show that they were once real people, but have somehow gone astray. "
such brilliant game design there :D will be a very unique experience
and the game looks phenomenal! Sony did an excellent job promoting this game and the reasons are obvious as to why they did so. the multiplayer is just bonkers isn't it?
@SunofKratos: Nope not from what I have played. MH is a much slower game than this too. But this just shows and proves one important fact. Sony, at least at the moment, are not targeting the casual crowd for the vita. They are fully going after the core gamers and most probably due to the price of the system. I think they have a real gem on their hands with this game. They should keep promoting this and this series will become something big for them not only in Jp but WW. In all forums I have visited so far people have been praising what they saw non stop!
