How do plurality lynchs work? I figure that when a time limit was issued, the person who has received the most votes will get lynched once time has run out (example: 10 votes total, split across three options: 4/3/3; the person with four votes gets lynched).

In the scenario you mentionned the person with 4 votes would be lynched as soon as the last vote was cast (no matter if that vote is for that person or not). The reasonning being that all votes are cast and that that person has the most votes.

What I'm not sure about is what happens if you have a town of 10 and the vote split is 4-2-2-1. I think the person with 4 votes gets lynched right away because no matter who the last person votes for, the player with 4 votes still has the most votes.
