Well, then your cultures better start investing more in entertainment.
Still Even as an American I would rather see different settings and the game not be all about patriotic freedom fighting. The only reason this game looks like it will be the best is because it is going to the wilderness and not sticking to to the same old cities and rooftops that are starting to look the same. Brotherhood was the best for being the most open and having lots of countryside and horses. In revolutionary war America there will be tons of this.
