What age would you want to be when you moved? Looking at your profile you're several years off at the earliest. You also need to have a plan of how you are going to support yourself as moving between countries is a lot different than moving between cities in the same country. Personally don't think the New England area would be a bad part of America to move to. Bonus of having two football (soccer) teams relatively close by, although don't know how important that would be to you.
Then you have to put up with TV stereotypes. Apparently Canada sucks, although I've never got that impression when I've been there. But then on TV all 'British' people have crooked teeth and resemble aristocrats and have these bizarre accents. Never heard anyone who is actually from the UK talk like that in my entire life.
