I'd say ask again in a few years. The state of a country, and specific regions of it, can change a lot in that time -- and so can you. You may be looking for something different in a few years.

Naturally, the quality of life in a certain region is more or less directly proportional to the costliness of living in that region. So you could move to California, where the weather is gorgeous, the sports teams are always contenders, and everything important pretty much takes place in your back yard, but everything is ridiculously expensive compared to most of the rest of the country.

So, again, where you'll want to go will depend greatly on your financial situation at the time.
