Doubtfull they want to go multiplat, and I am sure they are looking for a publisher right now.

If that's the case, you can say goodbye to their creative standards. Jenova Chen himself said it best:

"I would imagine that's probably impossible for Activision or Microsoft to do. They'd be just like, you have to ship by this day." An interesting conundrum for his studio, then, which is currently looking for a new publishing partner having fulfilled its contractual duties with Sony.

 

Activision might be a problematic partner, and except of the Call of Duty franchise they have no good games at all. But they have money and everybody loves money. So we´ll see. I personally hope for EA.
