Pretty sure people say this every year. If they don't confirm it I expect nothing.

It's always better to expect nothing anyways. Then when they blow you away, it'll have the intended effect.

The only real issue here is this: is the game coming out or not? I have no doubts that we will see this released. We've been getting updates here and there, more than people realize, and I'm sure SE wants to do this big when they show it publically again. I don't think SE could've gotten so imcompetent that they don't even tell us if they've dropped development or not. If they did, I think Nomura would've left the building by now.

The most astounding fact about all this? I was 14 years old when this was announced.
