The only level I never personally completed was Train on 00 Agent... it doesn't give you enough time to get free at the end unless you shoot Alec or Xenia, but try as I might I couldn't manage to shoot one of them as well as stop Ourumov killing Natalya. (I did complete the rest of the game though as my friends brother did it for me... I also needed his help defeating a couple of the staff ghosts on F-Zero X)
