uff, the comic universe is full with so many overpowered beings that is unfair to choose just one. im not even sure who is the most powerful. Form the marvel univers probably "One above All" but wouldnt really consider him a hero.
Anyway i would pay my respects to the flash form DC, the speedforce make him so broken for a character that not many care about. And The gods form Marvel Multiverse, specially Zeus who won a place in my hearth when he beated and humiliated the Hulk in physical strenght.
