- Overpriced hardware <--- Rectified
- Lack of high quality games
- 3D is not as popular as they thought it would be by now. Perhaps even less popular than it was back then
- Expensive software, unlike smartphones (and homeconsoles where the price is actually justifiable)
- Bad reputation (screen scratch, get sick by watching 3D images, lack of second circle pad, near-useless web-browser)

That is what should have been there.
1. Expensive SW should go for all consoles not just the 3DS.

1. Then why did you cross over smartphones? And given how big games are nowadays, I'm glad they usually manage to stay below $60. (For my own sake. A new game costs $89 where I live).
