Hmmmm...how about buy a used game from gamestop for $49.99 -$54.99 then return it within 7 days for full refund. So there, you finished a single player game. Rinse and repeat for a multiplayer game. Think of it as a 7 day free rental with no late fees. You are not stealing now.

Not technically stealing no, but you're experiencing and enjoying something they've created and giving them no credit whatsover, which is detrimental to the industry and just plain wrong from a moral standpoint.
