Nothing at all. About 95% through. This is the last area of which you can save in/fast travel to. There's more at the top, but this is the 'real' last area. 

Make sure you're around 80 going into the point of no return. You'll be warned, though

I just finished it 10 minutes ago. The last fight was pretty cool, but the end is very confusing.
