i think meat glue is fine if you want to buy it and does not pose a health risk if cooked right. my problems with the pink slime and glued meat is that it is not clearly labled as such. These items should clearly specify that they are made up of different cuts of meat and not one continuos cut. seems like false advertising. At least the meat glue is listed as and ingrediant. but it should also be lisited on menues if that is what is served.
